Replacement Guarantee: If any defects are found, we will promptly replace the product with a new one within 3 days, after receiving the returned product.

We offer a product replacement within 3 days of receipt for any defective or damaged items. To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. Proof of purchase and relevant photos may be required. The product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of misuse or alterations. Once your replacement is approved, you can expect to receive the new product within 3 days.

Proof of Damage: In the unfortunate event of any damage, we require an unboxing video of the parcel as proof to process the replacement.

No Refund Policy: Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a defect-free product through our replacement policy.
